Currently for B2B orders returns process is accepted manually. We do not have any option to check out the return process online.

Refunds on your returns will be initiated immediately after your products are received back to Decatholn and validated by us.
Note: For B2B orders we do not have any options to drop at the store because of the GST compliance and additional discount facilities.
