Once you are done with Signup Process, You will be redirected to the Registration page where you need to have the below details and documents ready for the onboarding with Decathlon
1. Company Details
- Company Type (Select your company type from the dropdown list, which helps us to understand the nature of your business & serve you better with the right products)
- GST Number (Enter your 15-digit GST Number & the same has to be uploaded in the 4th step)
Note: For non-GST entities, select the check box option.
- Company Name
- Company PAN Number
- Are you SEZ? (Choose Yes/No)
2. Billing Address
- First & Last Name (Authorized Signatory)
- Address
- Address Line 2
- Postal Code / Zip Code
- City
- State
- Mobile Number
Note: The Billing address is directly fetched from the GST portal. Therefore, it cannot be changed manually
3. Shipping Address
Note: You can select the check box to mark the Shipping Address same as the Billing Address. Otherwise, enter the different details accordingly. You can add multiple shipping addresses from your profile section later.

4. Upload Documents
- GST Certificate
- Company Name
- Authorization Letter (This should be on company letterhead. The template of the letter can be downloaded here directly.)
- Letter of Undertaking (This should be on company letterhead. Template of the letter can be downloaded here directly.)
- SEZ letter of approval
Note: Maximum document size should be 2MB & format is JPG, PDF or PNG
Accept the terms & conditions and click on Submit as the last step. After this, our B2B team will validate the documents & approve your account within 1 business days. A confirmation mail will be sent to your E-Mail used for signup.
