How to choose the right size clubs
It is important for gymnasts to choose clubs that are appropriate for their age and size. To choose the right size, the clubs should be the length of the gymnast's forearm. We have a variety of sizes to help you find the right one. To find your size: Place one club along your forearm. It should be the length of your fingertips to the crook of your elbow.
How to maintain your clubs
We recommend using the clubs on a surface such as a gymnastics mat or multisport floor as hard surfaces such as wood and cement may damage them. Wash your clubs with a little washing up liquid, water, and a soft sponge. Rinse well and rub gently. Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.
How to protect your clubs
We offer a cover designed for easily transporting and protecting rhythmic gymnastics (RG) clubs, which can hold 1 pair of clubs up to 46 cm
