The pull-up bar is a strength training accessory for doing suspension exercises to sculpt your muscles. These exercises will help you build muscles in your biceps, back, shoulders, pecs and abs. Doing pull-ups in an underhand position (palms towards you) works your biceps. An overhand position (palms away from you) will put the focus on your back.

INSTALLING the pull-bar
Mount the pull-up bar on a sturdy wall. Wall mounting screws are not provided as every wall is different.
If you aren't strong enough to do pull-ups yet, you can use our resistance bands to make it easier. They help support your weight as you build your strength. If you want to make pull-ups more challenging, you can wear one of our weighted vests. For a full-body workout, attach our suspension trainers (DST) to the pull-up bar.
