They commented on the bag's versatility, on how comfortable it was to carry, even when heavily loaded, how the compact (45-litre) configuration was not at all bulky, and its ability to transform into an extremely spacious 90-liter backpack by undoing just two zips, which can then be used to carry additional stuff, for example, your camera equipment.
