How to safely inflate your Swiss ball
We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately Before inflating your ball, leave it at room temperature (20°C) for 24 hours Inflate the ball slowly so it does not get damaged Inflate the ball to 2/3 of its max size, at a temperature of between 20°C and 25°C max, then wait 2-3 hours Finish inflating it to the desired size but do not go over the maximum size Leave the ball for 24 hours before using it and check the size and adjust it if necessary
