How to improve the performance of your isothermal box.
Fill your food box with hot water for 5 minutes and then replace the water with your hot food (either directly in the bowl or in the small boxes provided). Place the first lid to store your accessories and close your box. The more full the box, the better it will keep its contents cold or hot.

2 x 0.35 L food boxes included to separate food. WARNING!! When using a microwave, open the boxes. Do not heat with the boxes closed. Upper compartment to put cutlery or accessories in.

Maintenance tips
Hand wash, not dishwasher proof. Rinse in clean water, then leave to dry with the cap open. Only the small food compartments are dishwasher proof.

Rinse the entire product 3 times with clean water before first use.

Our isothermal products are tested using the same protocol: Water at 95°C is placed in the product, which is then closed. We then measure the temperature of the water after 6, 12 and 24 hours.
